ELIGIBILITY: The “#USQSweatFest Social Media Giveaway” is open to all @UnionSquareNY Twitter and Instagram followers that use the hashtag #USQSweatFest and follow the “How To Enter” rules below. All entrants must be legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age. All employees (and their immediate families) of Union Square Partnership and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the giveaway are ineligible. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must be following Union Square Partnership (@UnionSquareNY) on Twitter and/or Instagram. If you are not a following Union Square Partnership feel free to follow @UnionSquareNY and use the hashtag #USQSweatFest. Entry to the giveaway can be earned from February 8, 2018 at 12:00:00 AM EST through February 13, 2018 11:59:59 PM EST by taking fun fitness-inspired photos during the week of the Union Square Sweat Fest, February 8 through February 13, 2017. No purchase is necessary to enter. Participating in the giveaway and earning multiple entries does not guarantee that a participant will earn a giveaway.

ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY: To enter, follow @UnionSquareNY on Twitter and/or Instagram and use hashtag #USQSweatFest. Next upload fun fitness inspired photos at Union Square Sweat Fest participating locations listed on the website and map, during the time period of February 8, 2018 at 12:00:00 AM EST through February 13, 2018 11:59:59 PM EST.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway period begins February 8, 2018 at 12:00:00 AM EST through February 13, 2018 11:59:59 PM EST. Tweets and Instagrams after the end of the Giveaway will not be eligible. All winners will be chosen by Union Square Partnership Judges. You may participate in the Giveaway as often as you like. All eligible entries for giveaways must be earned by Thursday February 16, 2017 11:59:59 PM, US EST.  Winning members must agree to provide their full name, U.S. mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), and email address to accept prize delivery.

PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry into the giveaway, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Giveaway entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the entrant. Where necessary, the winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within five (5) business days of attempted notification or the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

PRIZE DRAWINGS/ODDS: The potential winner of each giveaway will be selected by a panel of judges at the Union Square Partnership. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Participants who enter will earn entries and will be eligible for #USQSweatFest Social Media Giveaways.

The potential winners will be announced on the Union Square Partnership blog and notified via social media applications Twitter and Instagram. The contest will be conducted by Union Square Partnership, the judge of the giveaway, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final and binding. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Union Square Partnership may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Any return of prize notification or prize email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Union Square Partnership’s discretion, be randomly selected.

WHEN AND WHERE ARE GIVEAWAYS ANNOUNCED Giveaways will be announced publicly online on the Union Square Sweat Fest website by February 20, 2018.

All decisions of the sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this giveaway.

The Union Square Partnership reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Other restrictions may apply.

GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Sponsors and Partners which are final and binding in all respects. Giveaway Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; or (3) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners.
